Day 1
Arrival at Madurai, Madurai is an energetic, ancient city on the Vaigai River in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Its skyline is dominated by the 14 colorful gopurams (gateway towers) of Meenakshi Amman Temple. Covered in bright carvings of Hindu gods, the Dravidian-style temple is a major pilgrimage site. Day 2
Rameswara means 'Lord of Rama' in Sanskrit, an epithet of Shiva, the presiding deity of the Ramanathaswamy Temple. According to legend, this is the place from where the Hindu god Rama built a bridge, across the sea to Lanka to rescue his consort Sita from her abductor Ravana. The Ramanathaswamy Temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva is located at the centre of the town and is closely associated with Rama
Day 3
Morning after breakfast drive to Kanyakumari which is the southern tip of India. This days sightseeing includes: Kanyakumari beach which is the sangam of the Indian Ocean Bay of Bengal and Arabian sea, Vivekananda rock. Watch sunset and stay at Kanyakumari
Day 4
Morning, drive to Kovalam enroute visit Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple premises and Kuthiramalika Museum. Kovalam 16 km to the south of Trivandrum,
Day 5
After breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed to Alleppey/Kumarakam and check in to the houseboat. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditional Kerala Houseboat after Traditional Kerala lunch. While cruising in these floating vessel , let your eyes enjoy the scenes in a Kerala country side – skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes and swaying coconut palms. All meals including tea and snacks will be served on board and overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 6
After breakfast drive from Thekkady to Munnar. Reach Munnar and check-in to your pre-booked Hotel by afternoon. On your holiday, enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar with its lush tea gardens and high mountains with low flying clouds. This days sightseeing will include visit to spice plantations and tea gardens.Overnight stay at Hotel in Munnar
Day 7
This days sightseeing starts after the breakfast. Sightseeing includes: Mattupetty Dam (speed boating), Kundala lake (Pedal & Shikkara boating) and Eco point. After noon visit to Top station or Eravikulam (Rajmala) National Park ( this will be based on the availability of time) Evening is optional to visit Blossom Park & tea museum. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 8
Morning after Breakfast Check-out from Hotel and proceed to Cochin. It is a vibrant city situated on the south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as 'God's Own Country'. This days sightseeing includes Fort Cochin, Mattanchery, Jewe town, St.Francis Basilica & Dutch Palace. The above sightseeing is possible according to your time. Overnight stay at Hotel in Cochin
Day 9
Morning after Breakfast Check-out from Hotel and drop at Airport/Railway station. Drive back to your hometown with sweet memories of Kerala tour with Flytech tours and travels.
